Continuing our materialicious week here at Shedworking, here is a great little combination of pod structures designed by Colab Studio and here's what Justin at materialicious has to say about it:
"Matthew and Maria Salenger, a husband and wife design team practicing here in Phoenix, Arizona, designed a super cool residence for themselves by first removing the bedrooms of the small 1950’s-era house they own to create one open loft-like space, and then creating bedroom/meditation Pods in the backyard from shipping containers. Since it hardly ever rains here in Phoenix, it’s never a problem weather-wise to leave the house when it’s time to sleep, or just to get away from the activity in the house for some peace and quiet."
