Public space designer Jan Konings' marvellous shedlike Hotel Experimenta gets a nice writeup at Droog. It's a freestanding garden office-like hotel in Amsterdam and according to Droog: "It can be seen as an inverted hotel – the neighbourhood as a whole functions as a hotel, the streets are the hotel corridors, and the inhabitants are the hosts that offer the guests services, activities and excursions."Inside there's space for a double bed and the opportunity no doubt for some shedworking.
