The latest 'door' on the BEYOND calendar was at hut number 425 where there was a tableau of beach huts (featuring local landmarks) and the carol was I Saw Three Ships. The question of the night though was, do you know the way to Bethlehem? Next hut is 19a by Hove Lawns. If this isn't the best shedlike project of 2008 (after National Shed Week of course) I'd like to know what is.

Beach hut advent calendar: day eleven

This is as good as it gets but the accolade has to go to helen matthews of Mablethorpe for starting the now annual Mablethorpe Beach Hut Festival.
