"It had been sitting in a paddock for 20 years and used for storage. After having it delivered on a large truck I cleaned it up, put a new roof on it, installed air con, heating and a stereo. Its about 20 metres from my back door so very convenient. Luckily it was built as a mobile workshop so already had lots of cupboards and benches installed. It could have a bit more natural light but extra windows means more heat in summer time."
