The Annexet comes from Aarup and Hansson's My Second Home who buy, renovate and sell unique Swedish holiday houses. The Annexet is a 10m² house that doesn't require building permission now that the upper limit has been extended to 15 m² (as readers of our regular Friggebod Friday posts will know). The picture comes from the permanent exhibition HusExpo in Stockholm.
