Planes - third place shedworking atmosphere?

As reported in all sorts of US media, JetBlue airlines will tomorrow trial a new free wi-fi service on its Airbus A320, allowing passengers on selected routes to check email, use their BlackBerry and instant message. This is not full interweb access, but the airline believes it's enough for what most passengers want (not to mention, er, a lot cheaper).
