£150,000 shed

Beresford Adams have the above property on sale at Abersoch, Gwynedd, at offers over £150,000. Here's the bumph:
"An interesting opportunity to acquire a unique plot which has been occupied for a number of years by a detached single storey timber built bungalow with vehicular parking to the front. The dwelling is in a delapidated state of repair but offers tremendous re-development potential, subject to necessary planning consent being granted by the local authority, Cyngor Gwynedd. We understand mains water, electricity and drainage are connected to the property and the present accommodation provides a lounge/bed sitting room, kitchen and shower room."
The BBC call it a shed and report that the agents say the owner is "in no rush to sell" and would not be surprised if the shed fetches £175,000. Last summer a beach mobile home in the village went on the market at £500,000.
