In praise of teleworking

An excellent leader in today's Guardian on the subject of homeworking (and, by implication, shedworking). It mentions all the key areas - the rising numbers of homeworkers, the importance of broadband, web phone/video calling, reduced numbers of commuters and the power of social networks such as Facebook. It finishes:
"Trudging all the way from home to an office or a factory is, of course, a comparatively recent phenomenon, a result of the industrial revolution. Before then, activities from farming to spinning were carried out around the home. If present trends continue we may soon be saying of work: welcome home."
Compare this to the rather unenlightened outburst on homeworking from Boris Johnson...
