Smoking ban and garden offices

An interesting post by garden office homeworker marketer Jon McCulloch who comments about the imminent introduction of the smoking ban. He writes:

"It will soon be illegal to smoke at work - because work is a 'public place'. When I am at home working...I’m at work. My office building in my back garden is owned by my company. Sure, I own the company, but that’s irrelevant. So get this… when I’m in my office working… if I was to smoke… I’d be breaking the law! In my own ******* garden! In an office owned by a company I own! Come on people...this is clearly sheer lunacy."
