The Plot Thickens is a marvellous example of what can be done (pictured below). Above is the Pallet House by
I-Beam as seen on
Dezeen (where there are stacks more very good photos). It is designed as temporary shelter for refugees - quick assembly, no extra building materials needed, easily adaptable using local materials into more permanent housing - and was showcased recently in a New York warehouse.
Hi Alex, thanks for the kind words. I particularly like the workshop from Ball State university, a veritable pallet-city. I pulled my pallets apart to use them and that has it's problems, the I-beam studies all demonstrate what can be done with the entire pallet and it is inspiring.

Simon's shed is the perfect combination of a sheddies gumption and wossname, a credit to allotments to sheds and to the world in general... :)
