Meath Men's Shed project launched

The Men's Shed project in Ireland is gathering pace with the establishment of the Meath branch. As Alison Healy in The Irish Times reports, the new initiative will provide a social meeting spot for men to meet, socialise and work on projects. The Meath Shed has been set up by Mary Nally of the Third Age Centre in Summerhill and is supported by broadcaster Mícheál Ó Muircheartaigh who officially launched the project in the Summerhill community centre. You can find out more details on the overall aims of the Men's Shed project at the Irish Men’s Sheds Forum
