Colin Astbury builds his garden office on Twitter

Shedworking reader, engineer and decent DIYer Colin Astbury contacted us a while ago for some advice on garden offices and we're very pleased to see that his shedworking lifestyle is just about to begin: over on Twitter he's putting up photos today of the build which is being carried out by Cabinville. We'll put up a few more here during the day but check Colin's photostream for swifter updates. It's an interesting build as he has an unusual plot to the side of his property which is wedge shaped, 4.3m x 3.9m (at the widest) and 2.7m at the narrowest.

  1. Looking forward to following the build on twitter

  2. After a short delay the build is back on

  3. Just checked out the cabinville site (as I'd not heard of them before) and it's fantastic value. Think I know where the home office will be coming from!

I bought a log cabin from Cabinville and I must say they are such great quality. My husband is very particular and he could not fault the cabin at all to my suprise. The build, quality of the wood also the windows and doors were good enough to put in a house not a log cabin. The one thing that made the purchase of buying a cabin so fantastic was Andrea and Trevor they were always there to help on the phone and nothing was to much for them, they were super and what excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Cabinville to anyone wishing to purchase a log cabin, summer house or home office. We have just placed an order for the Corymeela Garage its fantastic and cant wait till its built.

A very big thumbs up and thank you to Cabinville.
