Kate Humble: shedworker

Naturalist and BBC presenter Kate Humble writes in the Daily Telegraph about her conversion to the delights of working in a shepherd's hut. Here's a snippet:
Jane and Richard [who run Plankbridge] had been asked to design and build a scaled-down version of their regular shepherd’s hut as a writer’s retreat for a garden at this year’s Chelsea Flower Show. During the show Tracy Chevalier was the writer in residence; now the hut sits in my garden, and I have no more excuses. I’ll just make a quick cup of tea and get on with that opening line…
Sunday posts are sponsored by Garden Spaces, suppliers of contemporary garden buildings, offices, gyms and studios, many of which do not require planning
