The plan is that a customer service team will be on hand to help you through choosing all your insurance needs (whether you do it online - including @askpolicyexpert on Twitter or by phone). Business insurance products should be available later in the year. The service should help you look at all the options and then sort out a customised deal that's right for you. Well worth investigating.
