Microsoft backs shedworking
To One Alfred Place last night for Enterprise Nation's presentation of predictions on homeworking and shedworkng in 2009 to industry bigwigs, government agencies and the media (slideshow above courtesy EN - see if you can spot me). Among those I spoke to at the event were Alex 'SmallBizPod' Bellinger, Ed Molyneux from FreeAgent Central and Robert Epstein, Head of Small Business Sales and Marketing, Microsoft UK. Before joining Microsoft Robert was himself a shedworker, building up a computer business in his back garden shed. He was genuinely interested to hear about the growth of shedworking and was happy for me to tell the world that Microsoft backs this revolutionary approach to working from home.
