Jeremy Dyson: shedworker

League of Gentleman writer and novelist Jeremy Dyson is a shedworker as he tells Metro:
I have an office at the bottom of the garden. It’s a glorified shed. A comfortable shed. I’ve been inspired by Andy Nyman’s work room, which is the most fun place to be in the world, full of magic books, props and all kinds of film posters.

Working from home, are you easily distracted?

I used to be like that in The League Of Gentlemen days. Me and Mark [Gatiss] used to have quite a relaxed writing schedule that involved a lot of Bargain Hunt but it hasn’t been like that for a long time. I have to be quite disciplined. I try to break it up though – I like playing keyboards, so I might do 20 minutes writing then have a fiddle.
