Fathers and shedworking

The subject of fathers who work flexibly from home is one close to the heart of the Shedworking staff and so we were delighted to read about a new blog Fathers and Work Life Balance on Enterprise Nation. It's the work of Melanie Shearn whose doctoral research was 'Jostling for position: fathers negotiating work and care' exploring fathers’ understandings of their paid work and care practices.
