An unusual but interesting dual use build by Boxclad. The owner wanted a space which could be used as a garden office in spring, autumn, and winter, but as a changing room for their swimming pool during the summer. It's the company's Mini Box 2.4 model, features including waterproof vinyl floor, custom reika wall system (to help ease the changeover between uses), panoramic letterbox window, thermowood cladding, and rubber roof, all on screw pile foundations.
