Lucas Hughes

Lucas Hughes is a landscape architect and urban designer from Birmingham who has been building his own bespoke garden studio over the last year. On his site you can see the contruction photos in chronological order of construction. Here's what he says:
Construction of the studio uses a timber frame on a Staffs' blue brick pier and Type1 hardcore base. It has vertical 'thermowood®' timber cladding, bespoke window panels / frames, rubber coated and lined OSB roof, wool insulation, mk electrical fittings/ hacel lighting, inwall stereo speakers, and a black limestone floor. The total size is 4x3 internally, with a 1m porch.
The total cost will be around £4,000 (for materials).
