Mökki is the garden office sideshoot of Totnes-based Field Studio Architects who have been in the shedworking business for a decade. There are 20 layout/size variations on the main shape, all fully insulated and double glazed, and take two days to erect on site (including foundations). As well as nicely designed, all timber comes from FSC certified plantations, their building boards have zero formaldehyde content, and all their Osmo finishing products have low volatile organic compounds (VOC) content. Structural panels and windows are made with spruce plywood which offers an interesting interior feel, while the exterior cladding is Siberian Larch which weathers nicely to grey.
