A green roof on your shedworking spot is a lovely feature but while it's low maintenance, it's not no maintenance. Rotunda Roundhouses has a short but useful post on this very subject (feeding, clearing away debris, etc) which is well worth a quick look. Here's a timely snippet:

Please remove all fallen leaves and twigs within 2 weeks as these can suffocate your plants. Unblock any surrounding gutters / ensure all the draining outlets are working well. Please do not feed the sedum roof during the winter.
