Garden offices adding value to property

An article on The Irish Independent underlines the fact that garden offices are selling points when it comes to moving house and add value to any property (pictured above is the one at 2 Aideen Avenue, Terenure, D6W). Here are some snippets from the feature which looks at four of them:
There are two studios in the back garden of 71 Manor Street in Stoneybatter, one of which you could nearly live in, as it has a stove, a shower room and patio doors. There's plenty of room for both, as the garden is 130ft long and very nicely paved and planted.

Number 2 is the first in a terrace of six cottages and it occupies a corner site with a sizeable 40ft back garden, at the end of which is a block-built home office or studio measuring 226 sq ft.
