Physic garden writer's hut fully funded

We're delighted to report that friend of Shedworking Deborah Alma - who runs the world's first walk-in Poetry Pharmacy in Bishop's Castle - has hit her kickstarter target to create a modern Poetry Physic Garden inspired by the gardens cultivated by mediaeval apothecaries. This will include a writer's hut - pictured above - in which visitors can write poetry, and also enable four horticultural students from Winterbourne House and Gardens to set up a garden with poetry threaded throughout at BBC Gardener's World live later this month at the NEC in Birmingham.
