The garden around your garden office

We often talk about putting the garden 'in' the garden office but often fail to remember that one of the joys of shedworking is the garden in which your garden office is situated. Here's a lovely example, a photo of the vegetable patch which, with its sunflowers and sweetpeas provides a colourful backdrop to the shepherd’s hut belonging to Catherine Casey of Market Inroads. "It's a welcome distraction from the computer," she says. "This is only my second year of growing vegetables and there is still a lot of trial and error involved but I have been thrilled with the results - swiss chard, broadbeans, beetroot, sweetcorn, radishes rocket and potatoes. Not quite Nigel Slater but working on it."

If you're proud of your garden office's garden, please send in photos and we'll share them here.
