A marvellous build for a shedworking writer in south London by
MW Architects, replacing a dilapidated wash house, the bricks of which were reclaimed for the office's construction. Inside is a reading room, small lavatory, and shower room. Features include a large fixed roof light, a sedum roof, fold down desks and electrical cabling hidden at picture rail height.
