A nice piece in the
Daily Telegraph looks at various homeworking businesses including Anne Frances-Fisher's who has a rather lovely garden office at her home in Bearsted, Kent, from where she runs her
Damask and Lace fine soft furnishings and interiors business. She closed her shop (thus saving on rent) and seems very happy with her new shedlike atmosphere. Here's what she says:
"Customers now visit the studio and I'm looking forward to growing the business with overheads I can more easily manage. I'm very ambitious for this business. I have every intention of creating a one-woman interiors empire."
