The Shed - music and poetry venue

Well done to the dozens of you who emailed me to point out that I'd left an even bigger clue to Saturday's Name That Shed than I intended - it is, of course, the pint-sized music and poetry venue in Ryedale, North Yorkshire, run by Simon Thrackray, The Shed. Created by Simon Thackray in 1992, it punches well above its weight and attracts a top class international selection of performers. It's a pretty intimate space with room for only 100 people, but it's extremely well supported. If you're in the area (which is indeed the ancestral homelands of the Shedworking staff), it's well worth a visit.
