Beach huts: a good time to invest?

A nice piece in The Independent by friend of Shedworking Graham Norwood suggest that the smart money is now buying beach huts, also, of course, great places for some relaxing shedworking. He spoke to another friend of Shedworking, beach hut expert Kathryn Ferry who said:
"There's an inverted snobbery attached to beach huts nowadays. Staying in Britain to holiday is becoming popular even though it can be dearer than a budget break overseas. Using a beach hut – even with its tiny space and lack of comfort – is all part of the package. In a recession there's a warming nostalgia about beach huts. It harks back to imaginary better days when things were simpler."
Well worth a browse.
