Planning to become a shedworker

Deciding to become a shedworker is not a decision to be taken lightly - it's a way of working and living which is substantially different from the norm and it takes time to get used to it. Apart from the physical decisions about what kind of garden office to build, there's of course the actual business side of things which is obviously a large (though exciting) step to take. A very good blog which combines both of these elements is Anne Michelle's Journey through my mind where she discusses the pros and cons of switching from teaching to concentrate on her artwork as well as sorting out refunds for redundant screws. Well worth a browse (and Anne, I think you should definitely become a shedworker). Pictured above is her studio, all ready to move in.
