Rebuilding Lakeshore

Lakeshore Mississippi was particularly badly hit by Hurricane Katrina which pretty much destroyed all the town's homes. The reconstruction work is still ongoing (read more about it here) and among those doing their bit is Lakeshore Baptist Church, whose buildings were also levelled. The church's Pastor Don A Elbourne Jr recently contacted Shedworking about their plans to build bunk houses (pictured above) to increase sleeping capacity for volunteers helping with the rebuild. These will be small and portable (to be hoisted onto a trailer if necessary), roughly 8 x 12 to sleep four people. We will follow their construction with interest and our best wishes.
