Tony Blair on homeworking

In the latest Our Nation's Future lecture, Tony Blair concentrated on the role of work in the modern world. You can read a full transcript here. He talks a lot about work/life balance (with a decidedly puritan 'work is great' slant), flexible working and also homeworking, but he doesn't really back homeworking as a major step forward nor mention any way in which the government is encouraging people to become homeworkers, or indeed shedworkers.
