Choosing which garden office/shed is the right one for you is a tricky decision. There are now dozens of suppliers on the market but until now there's been no central point which offers a list of who exactly is out there. I've now added all the suppliers I can track down in the left hand column but please do let me know if there are any more you know about. Being mentioned on this list shouldn't be seen in any way as a recommendation - it's just a recognition of their existence. But every week over the coming 12 months I'll focus a little more on each one in turn which might narrow the choice down a little.
While they all offer their own wonderfully unique product, they are, essentially, sheds in back gardens. At present I'm a corner dweller, the desk in the conrner of living room surrounded by toddlers toys.
It is therefore time to move out, to the garden. Having looked at a number of the suppliers you list I have decided to knock down our old shed/wood store and build my own office.
As you say, not for the fainthearted, but definately for the stupid. As part of this I have started a blog listing my trials and tribulations. I will over the course of the project be looking at planning reg, electrical problems and various designs.
The idea is to build an environmentally friendlish, stylish shed to work in.
